Scrum Master

Your responsibilities include:

  • preparing, moderating, and following up on regular Scrum ceremonies (incl. daily stand-ups, sprint and release planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives)
  • removing impediments and guiding the development teams by finding the right person to solve various problems
  • facilitating discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution
  • using metrics to track and review the performance of Scrum teams (incl. burndown charts, velocity, and other sprint and release metrics)

You might be our newest Scorer if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience performing as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach/Software Analyst or Product Owner and/or leading Scrum teams
  • working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and methodologies
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • excellent command of written and spoken English and Estonian
  • ability to keep up with the rapid pace of a startup
