Your responsibilities include:

  • helping our new customers successfully implement Scoro – this involves getting a deep understanding of their business processes and showing how Scoro can help them
  • organizing and carrying out customer trainings
  • using the power of teaching and technology to help our customers be more efficient and successful
  • giving constant feedback about our onboarding processes to further drive efficiency and workflow improvements

We expect you to have:

  • high level of technical expertise and an understanding of business practices
  • good interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail
  • skills to explain complicated things in a clear and simple manner
  • experience in project management and being able to plan your own time and meet deadlines while also working closely with the team
  • excellent written and spoken English

You get extra points for:

  • having experience in customer support/success, project management or equivalent
  • knowledge of HTML
  • having previously worked with accounting and/or CRM/ERP software
  • having a degree in IT or business management
  • being passionate about improving the way people work
