Inside Sales Representative

You will play a critical role in expanding our usage among existing customers and converting prospects into sales opportunities. You will impact the scaling of a skyrocketing technology firm while identifying and qualifying growth opportunities. So if analyzing, negotiating and listening are your strengths, then this might be the job for you!

Your responsibilities include:

  • identifying expansion opportunities among existing customers and thereby maximizing revenue potential
  • creating and reviewing account plans to deliver value to our customers
  • communicating with existing and new customers to get an in-depth understanding of their needs
  • managing customer data
  • collaborating with teams in London, New York, and the Baltics, and Scoro partners across the world

You might be our newest Scorer if you have:

  • previous work experience in sales or marketing, perfect if related to account planning
  • effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships
  • ability to quickly synthesize and put to use new information
  • excellent listening, pitching, and objection handling skills
  • an understanding of different business cultures
  • interest and curiosity in technical details and software in general
  • excellent time management skills as well as getting things done attitude
  • excellent command of written and spoken English

You get extra points for:

  • previous work experience at a SaaS company
  • previous work experience with a CRM system (preferably HubSpot)
  • being passionate about improving the way people work
  • your desire to contribute to building world-class business software
