Customer Marketer

Tallinn | Riga

We’re looking for a creative and analytical Customer Marketer with strong content creation skills to join our team in Tallinn or Riga. This role is an ideal fit for you if you know how to use customer data and insights to help run impactful engagement initiatives and create educational content that drives adoption, retention, and upsell.

As a Customer Marketer, you will own how we communicate with existing customers – creating content that helps them get the most value from Scoro, from onboarding guides and product tips to newsletters, webinars, and re-engagement campaigns. You’ll take part in shaping our customer communication approach – selecting channels, crafting content, and measuring results to continuously improve.

You’ll be part of the Product Marketing team and work closely with Customer Success, acting as the bridge between teams to run initiatives that strengthen adoption and loyalty across our customer base. While we’ve already been doing customer marketing, this is our first dedicated role – you’ll help us take it to the next level with more focus and consistency.

If this sounds like you, send your application in English. We don’t have a set deadline and will start reviewing candidates right away.
