What will you do?
- Content and communication
- Produce value-driven educational content for existing customers, such as how-to guides, webinars, product tips, explainer videos, and best practice materials.
- Coordinate version release communication across all customer segments and prepare the necessary content.
- Support the Services team with ad hoc customer communications and email outreach.
- Retention & adoption
- Plan and execute targeted initiatives to increase adoption of underused and new features.
- Coordinate re-engagement efforts to support customers facing adoption challenges, based on triggers such as low usage, spikes in support tickets, etc.
- Track performance and engagement metrics to continuously optimize customer marketing efforts.
- Loyalty & advocacy
- Launch, produce, and manage the customer newsletter in collaboration with the Services team.
- Own, promote, and optimize our Customer Referral Program.
- Cooperate with product marketers on customer case studies and testimonials.
- Upsell
- Collaborate with the Services and Product teams to identify upsell opportunities and promote them through tailored campaigns.
