SoftwareReviews names Scoro a leading Professional Services Automation firm

New report identifies the Best Performing Professional Services Automation firms based on an Emotional Footprint Evaluation

Scoro has been recognized as a leader in the Best Performing Professional Services Automation (PSA) Emotional Footprint report from SoftwareReviews, a division of IT research and consulting firm Info-Tech Research Group

The award and placement of Scoro in the evaluation report was based on real user sentiment, alongside the ‘value index’ which captures user satisfaction in parallel with their investment. In order to gather this data, SoftwareReviews independently gathered feedback from Scoro’s current customers across all of the evaluation points.

SoftwareReviews named Scoro a leader as it received a +90 Customer Experience (CX) score, which represents the complete and aggregated satisfaction score from end users. Scoro also received high scores around being respectful (+100), transparent (+96), and effective (+96). Additional sentiment metrics in which Scoro ranked highly include:

  • Saving time (+92)
  • Over delivering (+89)
  • Helping to innovate (+88)

The Emotional Footprint makes the SoftwareReviews Evaluation unique as it is the inclusion of aggregated emotional response ratings in the areas of service, negotiation, product impact, conflict resolution, and strategy and innovation. This creates a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and its product from the software users’ point of view.

This is reflected in anecdotal customer reviews too, with Jodie Gibbens, CEO at Aesera Partners, a Scoro customer, stating: “With Scoro, we have found a work management software that is transparent and easy to use – a system that works for the user, not the other way around.”

Dan Roche, VP Marketing at Scoro, commented: “Having our product and services validated by our customers is always incredibly energizing.  And when it has an emotional as well as a rational aspect, it resonates even more.  The most effective work management software is the type that people consistently use –  as it delivers business and personal benefits through better time management. But if people like, or even love the experience of using the software, that’s where the magic really happens.”
