Business Development Team Lead


Scoro’s is looking for a Business Development Team Lead to join our sales team in London.

As a Business Development Team Lead at Scoro, your mission will be to lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives, empowering them to excel in generating leads on a global scale, implementing and using a multi-channel approach, to drive Scoro business growth and expand market presence!

The role is based in London, UK, and offers remote work with monthly onsite team meetings. It reports directly to the VP of Sales.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leadership and Coaching: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of 4 BDR representatives, to achieve and exceed sales targets and assist in team expansion through recruitment;

  • Multi-Channel Outreach Strategy: Develop and implement multi-channel outreach strategies, focusing on email campaigns and coach the team in email outreach skills to drive global growth;

  • Performance Management: Set clear performance targets and KPIs for the team and monitor performance metrics while ensuring accurate CRM data and reporting for upward feedback;

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing and the rest of the sales team to align outreach efforts with overall business objectives, share insights, and optimize lead generation;

  • Market Research and Analysis: Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, driving informed decision-making and optimization of sales strategies.

You might be our newest Scorer if you have:

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in managing a team of SDRs/ BDRs and ability in building and leading a team remotely;
  • Extensive expertise in generating outbound leads for a B2B SaaS offering;
  • Proven experience in creating and managing email strategies;
  • A desire to bring new customers into Scoro and maximize revenue;
  • First-class communication, listening, and time management skills;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
