What will you do?
- Provide day-to-day IT support for our employees, helping resolve hardware, software, and access issues.
- Manage devices and licenses, ensuring smooth setup and maintenance.
- Administer and update our MDM systems for Mac and Linux (patching, policies, settings).
- Handle user access management across different tools and systems.
- Monitor alerts and assist in responding to incidents, including participating in an on-call rotation for critical issues.
- Support the implementation and testing of new IT policies, tools, and systems.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to resolve critical issues when required.
