As a Sales Engineer, you’ll work closely with the Sales team to deliver impactful product demonstrations, guide prospects through their decision-making process, and design tailored solutions that address their needs. Your expertise and communication skills will be key to building trust with clients and showcasing the value of Scoro.

This role is part of our Sales division and reports to the Solution Engineer Team Lead. It offers the option to work remotely, but your main location should be in Estonia or Latvia.

We’re looking for someone with experience in SaaS and technical sales, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with the sales team to identify customer needs, define Scoro’s value proposition, and propose the best-fit solutions;
  • Delivering tailored product demonstrations that highlight Scoro’s functionalities and how they address specific business challenges;
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to prospects, answering technical questions, and providing best-practice solutions to complex problems;
  • Supporting proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot projects to showcase Scoro’s capabilities in a real-world context;
  • Collaborating with clients to scope and design solutions that align with their business goals;
  • Helping clients understand how Scoro integrates with their existing tools by explaining APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms like Zapier, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

  • Monthly Gross Salary –  based on experience is 2500-3500 euros and a commission depending on individual and team performance.

You might be our newest Scorer if you have:

  • Client-facing experience in Solution EngineeringPre-SalesSales EngineeringTechnical Account Management or Technical Support roles;
  • A solid background in the IT industry, preferably within a SaaS environment;
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively;
  • A strong sense of ownershiptime management, and a proactive approach to work;
  • A natural ability to collaborate with teams and clients, build trust, and foster positive relationships;
  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal;
  • friendly, open-minded, and approachable personality, making you a great person to work with.

You get extra points for:

  • An understanding of system integrations, including APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms like Zapier, and how they enable seamless data flow between tools;
  • Experience delivering product demonstrations and adapting to audience needs (“pivoting”);
  • Experience in our target industries, creative industries and professional services (e.g., marketing, advertising, architecture, consultancy);
  • Experience in crafting and delivering POCs or custom solutions in client environments;
  • university degree in a technical or business field.
