Product Manager

Tallinn | Riga

Our Core Product team is looking for a driven and business-savvy Product Manager to help shape the future of the most comprehensive business management software for agencies, consultancies, and other professional service firms.

The Core Product team owns the backbone of Scoro’s platform: estimation, resourcing, time tracking, and invoicing. As a Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in evolving these core workflows and ensuring they bring real value to our users. You’ll work closely with engineers and product marketing, and report directly to our Head of Product.

We’re looking for someone who brings solid SaaS product management experience and thrives in navigating complexity, making smart decisions, and collaborating across teams. Ideally, you’ve also worked in a professional services company, whether as a team lead or project manager, and understand how service businesses operate.

What you’ll do:

  • Own a product area end-to-end, from discovery to launch, ensuring alignment with the product vision and strategy.
  • Identify and validate product opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Prioritize opportunities through understanding the value and scope of each feature.
  • Translate customer problems into clear product direction and decision-making.
  • Work with developers and designers to find and implement the best solutions.
  • Partner with product marketing to support product launches and communicate value.
  • Engage directly with customers through interviews, shadowing, and feedback sessions.

You’d be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS company.
  • A solid understanding of how service businesses operate, especially around project delivery and time-based work.
  • Previous experience working in a professional services company (e.g. agency, consultancy), ideally as a team leader in an operational role.
  • An agile mindset and knowledge of the software development lifecycle and processes.
  • Analytical and structured thinking – you enjoy solving complex problems.
  • Strong English communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • A structured and analytical mindset to navigate complex problem-solving.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
