What will you do
- Design agents that solve real business problems:Â work with Product Managers and domain experts to spot where an agent genuinely helps, and judge when a problem calls for an LLM’s probabilistic reasoning versus deterministic code.
- Create new agents:Â prompt new agents to cover more of the PSA (professional service automation) workflow, defining their behaviour, scope, and their fit within the wider system.
- Create and maintain prompting standards:Â ensure consistency, quality, and maintainability across all agents in the product.
- Optimise prompts for business outcomes:Â continuously refine and improve prompts to make agents more reliable, accurate, efficient, and cost-effective.
- Monitor agent performance:Â analyse agent execution traces to detect failure patterns and spot opportunities for improvement.
- Test MCP tools and drive improvements:Â validate tools are fit for purpose and raise clear actionable tasks for engineers where you find gaps.
