AI Agent Specialist

Tallinn

We’re looking for an AI Agent Specialist to help shape how AI agents solve real business problems inside Scoro.

You’ll be responsible for designing, prompting, evaluating, and continuously improving the AI agents that help agencies, consultancies, and IT firms manage their projects, resources, and finances.

Working closely with Product Managers and engineers, you’ll translate business problems into effective agent-driven solutions.

You’ll be the critical link between the engineering team, who build the underlying MCP tools and infrastructure, and the business outcomes our agents are expected to achieve. Your role is to ensure that every agent delivers measurable customer value while remaining reliable, cost-efficient, and scalable.

We care more about curiosity, proactivity, and a strong desire to learn than years of experience. AI is evolving rapidly, and success here comes from being genuinely excited about the space, experimenting constantly, and relentlessly focusing on better outcomes for customers.

This role is open to candidates based in Estonia, and we would like you to have the possibility to come to the office a few days per week.

What will you do

  • Design agents that solve real business problems: work with Product Managers and domain experts to spot where an agent genuinely helps, and judge when a problem calls for an LLM’s probabilistic reasoning versus deterministic code.
  • Create new agents: prompt new agents to cover more of the PSA (professional service automation) workflow, defining their behaviour, scope, and their fit within the wider system.
  • Create and maintain prompting standards: ensure consistency, quality, and maintainability across all agents in the product.
  • Optimise prompts for business outcomes: continuously refine and improve prompts to make agents more reliable, accurate, efficient, and cost-effective.
  • Monitor agent performance: analyse agent execution traces to detect failure patterns and spot opportunities for improvement.
  • Test MCP tools and drive improvements: validate tools are fit for purpose and raise clear actionable tasks for engineers where you find gaps.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong interest in AI, LLMs, and agent systems.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and understanding how prompting impacts agent behaviour and outcomes.
  • Product thinking and ability to connect technical decisions with business outcomes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work proactively in an environment with significant ambiguity and rapid change
  • Good communication skills in English, able to align technical and non-technical stakeholders

Success in this role: Building agents that solve meaningful customer problems, operate reliably at scale, and deliver measurable business value. You’ll help ensure that our agents are not only intelligent but also efficient, trustworthy, and economically viable as we expand AI across the Scoro platform.
