ELI is the name of Scoro’s AI-powered smart companion. It helps users get answers to product-related questions, surface data and insights, and complete tasks faster – all through natural language prompts.

Yes, each plan includes a set of free credits.

– Core: 60 free credits per user per month
– Growth: 80 free credits per user per month
– Performance: 140 free credits per user per month
– Enterprise: 150 free credits per user per month

If you run out of credits, you can purchase more via self-serve in the product. Learn more about pricing and extra credits.

Every request you make to ELI uses credits. The number of credits used depends on the complexity of the request – a quick data lookup uses fewer credits than a multi-step action or a complex analysis. As a rule of thumb: 1 request ≈ 10 credits.

Each Scoro plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and you can add more credits to your plan if needed.

Credits are pooled across your team. Your total monthly allowance is based on the user count but shared at the company level, so if one person uses fewer, another can use more.
