VP of Sales

We are looking for a VP of Sales to lead our go-to-market presence internationally and drive the company through the next phase of growth. The ideal candidate has a successful and proven background in leading strategic sales and revenue efforts in a fast-growing SaaS company. The person will be part of the executive team reporting directly to the CEO.

Your responsibilities include:

  • formulating and executing our global Sales Strategy
  • recruiting, developing and leading a team of high performing SMB and Enterprise sales professionals
  • taking a hands-on approach to building effective and replicable sales processes
  • working with our largest customers to drive satisfaction and further engagement
  • developing solutions to consistently optimize the sales funnel
  • forecasting revenue growth, analyzing KPIs and managing the sales pipeline
  • helping to improve our product by providing sales and customer perspective
  • working closely with the marketing team on a strategic level and identifying opportunities to drive further business growth
  • representing Scoro at conferences, media, and PR events

We expect you to have:

  • 5+ years of senior-level sales leadership experience at a high-growth SaaS scale-up, coupled with direct B2B selling experience to large enterprise accounts
  • strong understanding of sales process/methodology, pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and delivering results quarterly
  • demonstrated ability in building and leading a team remotely, preferably in both US and EMEA
  • excellent communication, listening and time management skills
  • a hands-on approach to change management and a lead-by-example attitude
  • excellent command of written and spoken English
