VP of Marketing

We are looking for a VP of Marketing to oversee global marketing operations and further develop Scoro’s marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset with a successful background in leading teams and strategic marketing efforts in a fast-growing SaaS company. The person will be part of the executive team reporting directly to the CEO and Founder.

Your responsibilities include:

  • formulating and executing our global marketing strategy
  • recruiting, developing and, leading a team of high-performing marketing professionals
  • taking a hands-on approach in developing a marketing plan and overseeing its day-to-day implementation to reach our growth goals
  • constantly iterating our marketing strategy and tactics based on market trends, competitors, and key metrics
  • establishing Scoro as a thought leader and ensuring a consistent and unique voice across all channels
  • finding initiatives to consistently optimize the marketing funnel
  • working closely with the Sales, Content, and Product teams to identify opportunities to drive further business growth
  • representing Scoro at conferences, in webinars and in the media

You might be our newest Scorer if you have:

  • 5+ years of senior-level marketing leadership experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS scale-up
  • demonstrated ability in building, leading, and coaching a team remotely, preferably in both US and EMEA
  • a hands-on approach to change management and a lead-by-example attitude
  • strong leadership skills and outstanding interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills with the ability to present ideas in a compelling manner and motivate team members at all levels
  • proven track record of relevant marketing skills – SEO, SEM, design, copywriting, branding, PR, analytics, etc.
  • analytical mindset, it’s only natural that you use data as part of making your points
  • proven experience using data to inform marketing strategies at an international level and to impact KPIs
  • high level of creativity, attention to detail
  • skills to develop processes and an ability to work in a rapid growth environment
  • willingness to learn the technical ins-and-outs of Scoro as a platform
  • excellent command of written and spoken English
