Support Content Specialist

You love words and language and have strong feelings about style, grammar, tone, and voice. You feel passionate about creating great user experiences. You’re excellent at producing clean, simple, and helpful content that supports both the product and the user. We’ve been waiting for you!

Your responsibilities include:

  • getting to know Scoro in-depth and compiling materials that showcase Scoro’s capabilities
  • understanding who our customers are – what they use, what they need, what they don’t yet know they need
  • creating helpful materials (text, product screenshots, gifs, etc.) for Scoro’s Help Center that make complicated things sound easy

  • the skill to treat documentation like a product by generating written and visual content for new features and improving high-traffic articles to reduce support request volume
  • an ability to find the best way to clearly communicate an idea
  • an open mind to feedback and a thirst to learn from it
  • an ability to put yourself into the shoes of Scoro’s customers
  • high level of analytical and technical expertise
  • strong planning, project management, and organizational skills – can juggle many tasks and prioritize multiple assignments

  • having previous experience writing product tutorials
  • a creative portfolio with writing samples
