Product Owner

We’re looking for a super sharp Product Owner to join our journey of building the most comprehensive business management software.

Your responsibilities include:

  • collecting, organizing, analyzing and prioritizing feature requests from the market, customers, and users to enable us to make better product decisions
  • translating product ideas into detailed requirements and user story documentation
  • working closely with the Head of Product to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
  • working with the development team to create technical documentation, including functional specifications, UX designs, testing plans, release/deployment plans, etc.

We expect you to have:

  • experience performing as a Product Owner or Product Manager
  • working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and methodologies, maybe you’re not a coder, but you think in a logical manner
  • high level of analytical and technical expertise – you can’t build a good product if you can’t measure how effective your features are
  • excellent sensitivity for good product and UX
  • ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas, processes and solutions to teams – must be able to discuss technical issues and constraints with both technical and non-technical people
  • familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • excellent command of written and spoken English
  • ability to keep up with the rapid pace of a startup
  • excellent time management skills

You get extra points for:

  • technical degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
  • experience working for a SaaS or Enterprise Software company
  • project management experience within an agile framework
