Product Owner

Your responsibilities include:
- translating product ideas into detailed requirements and user story documentation
- working closely with the Head of Product to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
- collecting, organizing, analyzing and prioritizing feature requests from the market, customers, and users to enable us to make better product decisions
- working with the product and development teams to create technical documentation, including functional specifications, UX designs, testing plans, release/deployment plans, etc.

You might be our newest Scorer if you have:
- experience performing as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and methodologies, maybe you’re not a coder, but you think in a logical manner
- high level of analytical and technical expertise – you can’t build a good product if you can’t measure how effective your features are
- excellent product and UX intuition
- ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas, processes and solutions to teams – must be able to discuss technical issues and constraints with both technical and non-technical people
- familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- excellent command of written and spoken English
- ability to keep up with the rapid pace of a startup
- excellent time management skills
You get extra points for:
- technical degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- experience working for a SaaS or Enterprise Software company
- project management experience within an agile framework
