Product Content Writer

We are looking for a customer-centric Product Content Writer to be a part of Scoro’s Product Marketing team in Tallinn or Riga.

As a Product Content Writer, your mission is to create content that supports our customers and helps them to use Scoro in the best way possible. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and customer delivery teams daily to develop new content ideas.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining easy-to-understand Help Center guidelines for Scoro’s end users;
  • Creating product visuals and gifs to accompany help materials;
  • Creating content for in-app product tours and improving onboarding emails to support new user adoption;
  • Cooperating with the video team to create scripts for tutorial videos;
  • Supporting the Customer Success team in upsell campaigns and educational webinars;
  • Working together with Product Managers, Customer Success, Onboarding and Support Specialists to develop new high-impact content ideas.

You might be our newest Scorer if you have:

  • Strong communication skills – You have an excellent command of written and spoken English and the ability to explain technically complex concepts in simple words;
  • Ability to create easy-to-consume content – you can write educational materials that are easy to follow, you know how to structure the content, and use visuals to illustrate the point;
  • Customer-centric and value-driven mindset – you can put yourself in the customer’s shoes and communicate the value they get from using the product, not just how it works;
  • Curiosity – you want to know how our customers work, how our product solves their needs, and how to communicate this in the best way possible;
  • Strong project management skills – you are able to deliver on time, work with different stakeholders, reprioritize on the go, and manage your own time;
  • Self-starter attitude – you are able to come up with your own ideas and improvement suggestions rather than rely solely on what someone tells you to do.
