Your responsibilities include:
- Creating and maintaining easy-to-understand Help Center guidelines for Scoro’s end users;
- Creating product visuals and gifs to accompany help materials;
- Creating content for in-app product tours and improving onboarding emails to support new user adoption;
- Cooperating with the video team to create scripts for tutorial videos;
- Supporting the Customer Success team in upsell campaigns and educational webinars;
- Working together with Product Managers, Customer Success, Onboarding and Support Specialists to develop new high-impact content ideas.
