Product Analyst

Our Product team is based in Tallinn and Riga. You can read more about them here, in our blog. You will be reporting to our Tallinn-based Head of Product Analytics.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Testing assumptions and gaining relevant insights from product usage and market data;
  • Analysing, creating, and monitoring metrics to evaluate product usage;
  • Producing different reports and giving recommendations for our product’s continuous improvement and development potential;
  • Supporting and guiding product team on data usage in their decisions and day-to-day work; 
  • Taking ownership of data analytics processes and ensuring that the best practices are applied and used.

  • Salary based on the experience is between 2500-3500 euros/gross.

You might be our newest Scorer if you have:

  • 3+ years of previous similar work experience, preferably in SaaS business;
  • High level of analytical and technical expertise and an understanding of business practices; 
  • Great attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and willingness to strike out-of-the-box ideas; 
  • Effective communication skills: Regularly achieve consensus with peers, and explain complex data concepts;
  • Great interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate and work among cross-functional teams, in the meantime, work independently; 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.

You get extra points for:

  • Advanced user in Excel and SQL and have strong statistical foundations;
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field;
  • Experience with BI tools (Heap, Amplitude, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or alike); 
  • Experience with Python and data warehouses for analytics purposes.
