People Operations (HR) Manager

We are looking for an extraordinary People Operations Manager to join the team of 70 Scorers*. Your main role is to initiate and lead People Operations strategies and initiatives to shape Scoro’s company culture.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • developing and implementing People Operations strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • providing strategic partnership, coaching, and support to the international team
  • supporting our business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of the team
  • being an emphatic team player with a strong drive to nurture a positive working environment
  • initiating training programs according to personal and business needs
  • onboarding new team members
  • overseeing and managing a feedback system that drives high performance
  • preparing and maintaining employment contracts and other documentation
  • making sure that everybody knows that Scoro is the best place to work at

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

  • passion about improving the way people work
  • a people-oriented and results-driven mindset
  • hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the “pulse” of the team members to ensure a high level of employee engagement
  • minimum of 5 years of experience in HR
  • the expertise of Estonian labour law and willingness to study the related requirements of other territories
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Estonian
  • competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
