Junior Financial Controller

Our incredible Finance Team is looking for detail- and solution-oriented analytical Junior Financial Controller to support internal and external reporting, sales, and purchase processes. As part of the Financial Controlling team, you will be working alongside our Sales and Revenue Operations teams to ensure our finances are under control at all times.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to internal and external financial and metric reporting;
  • Preparation of regular and ad hoc analysis;
  • Identifying and processing original documents of purchases;
  • Processing expense claims and travel allowances;
  • Monitoring the usage of specific budgets;
  • Performing quality checks for sales data and customer-related metrics;
  • Assisting with commission calculations for the sales team and external partners;
  • Other accounting, financial reporting, and controlling tasks.

You might be our newest Scorer if you have:

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in Accounting/Finance OR you hold a university degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting;
  • Great attention to detail and analytical skills;
  • Passion for numbers and spreadsheets;
  • Solid computer skills, including Excel;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English;
  • Proactive attitude with strong learning capability;
  • Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Team player attitude with the ability to work independently.

You get additional points for:

  • Experience with different accounting functions and the month-end/year-end close processes;
  • Working in an international environment or study abroad experience.
