Head of Sales

We are looking for a Head of Sales to oversee all sales operations and develop our global sales strategy. The ideal candidate has a successful and proven background in leading strategic sales and revenue efforts, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company. The person will be part of the executive team reporting directly to the CEO and will be responsible for scaling sales internationally.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • recruiting, developing and leading a team of high performing sales professionals
  • taking a hands-on approach in building effective and replicable sales processes
  • developing solutions to consistently optimize the bottom end of the funnel
  • forecasting revenue growth, analyzing KPIs and managing the sales pipeline
  • working closely with the marketing team on a strategic level and identifying opportunities to drive further business growth

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

  • minimum 7 years of experience in sales
  • demonstrated ability in building and leading a team
  • relevant experience working in a fast growing (SaaS) startup
  • hands-on approach to sales change management and a lead-by-example attitude
  • excellent communication, listening and time management skills
  • excellent command of written and spoken English
