Head of Sales (Americas)

We are looking for a Head of Sales (Americas) to take ownership of the region’s sales strategy and build a high-growth subscription business. The ideal candidate has a successful and proven background in leading strategic sales and revenue efforts, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company. The person will be part of the executive team reporting directly to the VP of Sales and will be a key driving force in leading and building a high-performing sales function across the Americas region!

Your responsibilities include:

  • building and delivering the strategic market expansion plan to acquire new clients and to drive further business growth
  • recruiting, developing and managing a team of high performing sales professionals
  • leading individual sales in the Americas and build up the existing sales team capability
  • taking hands-on approach on developing customer ICP’s and subsequent growth in these target segments
  • forecasting revenue growth, analyzing KPIs and managing the sales pipeline of regional channel partners

You might be our newest Scorer if you have:

  • senior-level sales leadership experience for the Americas region in a fast-growing (SaaS) company
  • demonstrated ability in building, leading and coaching a team remotely
  • hands-on approach to sales change management and a lead-by-example attitude
  • extensive knowledge of sales process/methodology, pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and delivering results quarterly
  • mastery of motivating and energizing the broader team and peers, with a proven ability to create a highly collaborative working environment
  • first-class communication, listening and time management skills
  • excellent command of written and spoken English

  • having proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese
  • previously leading sales at a SaaS startup
