Head of Demand Generation

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Demand Generation to join our London team to take ownership of our growing demand generation function for SMB and Mid-Market businesses. 

Focusing primarily on account-based strategies, you will cooperate with our Marketing, Sales and Business Development team on a daily basis to help identify target markets, create lead-generation strategies, and develop opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you should have demonstrated experience in a similar position, building an account-based demand generation function in a SaaS company and selling to SMB & Mid-Market accounts. You should also have strong leadership, communication and analytical skills and excellent knowledge of marketing strategies.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing and enhancing the demand generation function at Scoro;
  • Developing and executing demand generation initiatives to drive new leads and nurture our existing leads;
  • Improving operational processes and reporting related to demand generation activities to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend;
  • Developing integrated paid and organic campaigns that significantly increase the overall pipeline;
  • Partnering with sales on targets, campaigns, scoring, follow-up strategies, lead management, and reporting;
  • Collaborating closely with the Business Development team on campaign strategy, lead management, and ensuring a consistent feedback loop and relationship between marketing and sales;
  • Analyzing outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

We expect you to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in leading demand generation in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company;
  • Previous track record of developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused account-based demand generation programs and campaigns for SMB/Mid-Market Accounts;
  • Expertise in a wide variety of lead generation tactics, including email marketing, content marketing, SEO, PPC, webinars and social media;
  • Expertise in the B2B sales process and ability to work collaboratively with the sales team;
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of marketing tools; experience and proficiency with Hubspot would be highly valued;
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven, results-oriented approach;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable collaborating across teams and functions;
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage people,
  • Scoro has a hybrid operating model – you must be able to commute to our office in London 1-2 days per week.
