Your responsibilities include:
Strategy and Content
- Owning and supporting the implementation of email marketing strategies;
- Developing process and documentation roadmaps, A/B tests and programs that enhance our communications in a measurable way;
- Writing effective emails that help convert prospects into customers;
- Working with and influencing the wider team to drive growth in our email subscribers;
- Working with the content/product teams to improve customer journeys;
Technical
- Owning the delivery of our entire email marketing programme – both transactional and marketing-led emails;
- Using and enhancing our marketing automation platform (the primary tool in Scoro is Hubspot)
- Successfully executing drip marketing campaigns;
- Tracking, reporting & optimising email performance for success.
