Customer Success Manager

It’s an exciting time to be joining our Success team: you’ll make sure that our existing clients are happy by providing top-notch service to them, and help to build out what customer success really means at Scoro. We’re always looking at new ways to improve the experience for our customers… and this is only the beginning!

Your responsibilities include:

  • managing a portfolio of Scoro’s customers to ensure their happiness
  • regularly engaging with customers to evaluate needs and direction
  • educating customers on the value, they can generate from Scoro
  • continually assessing, documenting, and analyzing customer progress toward stated goals and results
  • ensuring customers employ best practices and their Scoro solution is optimized for maximum value
  • being an expert on the customer’s Scoro deployment and the go-to person for their business needs
  • optimizing existing processes within the company and actively enhancing all Customer Success initiatives

You might be our newest Scorer if you have:

  • 2+ years’ experience working in pre-sales, account management, customer success, consulting or similar roles related to driving customer success and adoption
  • strong consulting, problem-solving and project management skills, with proven results working as a reliable advisor to drive business value for customers
  • a true passion for our customers and driving their success, you want all of our clients to be successful using Scoro
  • a highly data-driven mindset with a dedication to following the process
  • strong presentation skills via phone, online and in-person
  • proactive team player attitude with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
  • excellent command of written and spoken English

You get extra points for:

  • solid experience with CRM software
  • work experience within Tech or SaaS-based company
  • being passionate about improving the way people work
