Your responsibilities include:

  • managing and constantly improving and automating our customer onboarding processes
  • helping our customers successfully implement Scoro – this involves getting a deep understanding of their business processes and showing how Scoro can help them
  • making sure our onboarding team has the tools, knowledge and motivation to be the best advisors and coaches to our customers
  • working closely with the team to ensure internal processes and solutions positively impact the overall client experience
  • implementing automated tools (webinars, videos) to make sure our clients know how to use Scoro

We expect you to have:

  • 2+ years of team management experience in onboarding/customer support/success or equivalent
  • excellent written and spoken English
  • previous work experience with accounting and/or CRM/ERP software
  • high level of analytical and technical expertise with an ability to contribute to building new processes and systems
  • an understanding of business practices
  • passion for efficiency and processes with a will to change course if needed
  • good interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical details
  • experience in project management and being able to plan your own time and meet deadlines while also motivating and helping the team
