Customer Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Customer Marketing Manager to join Scoro’s marketing team in London or Tallinn.  

As a Customer Marketing Manager, you’ll be the master of understanding what makes our customers tick. By delving deep into their needs and pain points, you’ll develop targeted campaigns that directly speak to our customers and drive retention, expansion, and advocacy. You’ll work closely with the customer success, sales, and product teams to ensure that your marketing efforts are closely aligned with their goals. 

We are looking for someone strategic, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about helping our customers succeed. This position requires creative writing and communication skills to engage and motivate customer advocates. A background in customer marketing, particularly in the SaaS industry, is strongly preferred. We can’t wait to have you on our team if this sounds like you!

Your responsibilities include:

  • Building rapport with customers to increase renewals, referrals, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities;
  • Executing customer communication to engage and retain customers, including email, newsletters, surveys, webinars, and events;
  • Collaborating with the customer success, sales, and product teams to understand customer needs and pain points and develop solutions to address them; 
  • Identifying key customers that can act as a marketing channel through case studies, and then writing, editing and publishing them.
  • Building and maintaining our customer reference programme.

You might be our newest Scorer if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Marketing or a similar role like Campaign Marketing, PR or Communications, preferably in a SaaS company;
  • The ability to recognise and understand customer pain points and turn that knowledge into adaptations or improvements;
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the impact of the Customer Marketing Manager role on the business; 
  • Excellent English writing skills and expertise in telling stories in a B2B setting;
  • High-level communication and project management skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a liaison between customers and the company.
