Your responsibilities include:
- Building rapport with customers to increase renewals, referrals, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities;
- Executing customer communication to engage and retain customers, including email, newsletters, surveys, webinars, and events;
- Collaborating with the customer success, sales, and product teams to understand customer needs and pain points and develop solutions to address them;
- Identifying key customers that can act as a marketing channel through case studies, and then writing, editing and publishing them.
- Building and maintaining our customer reference programme.
