Client Communications Manager


We are looking for a Client Communications Manager to manage our automated and manual messaging campaigns. Working closely with our Marketing, Product, Onboarding, and Sales Teams, you’ll be implementing email messaging and in-app campaigns to engage our prospects as well as active and churned users. If you have strong communication skills, are great at making complicated things sound simple, and love technical details – then this is the job for you!   • manage all automated and manual messages, including the copy, visuals, and target audiences
  • analyze existing communications and implement new messaging campaigns for prospects, and both active and churned users
  • support the teams with manual communications, newsletters, visuals and copy
  • set up and analyze communications A/B tests and make data-driven decisions based on the results

  • 3+ years of experience working in marketing, or a similar field, including experience with client communication campaigns
  • strong English copywriting skills
  • ability to craft both value-based and feature-focused messaging to make complicated things seem easy
  • ability to put yourself into the shoes of Scoro’s customers
  • high level of analytical and technical expertise
  • data-driven and customer-centric approach to tracking and analyzing campaign results
  • basic knowledge of customer engagement and mass communication tools such as Intercom, Hubspot, or other
  • ability to own projects from start to finish and ensure accuracy and attention to detail
  • strong communicator with ability to interact with multiple internal teams in a constantly growing company


  • having previously worked for a (SaaS) software company
  • knowledge of design tools like Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, or similar
  • basic knowledge of HTML
