Business Performance Specialist

If you are detail-oriented, driven by numbers, interested in how sales works and are a people-person, then this is the job for you! This is a unique opportunity to support marketing and sales teams to achieve their business goals and to help improve the company’s internal processes.

Your responsibilities include:

  • providing support in achieving strategic plan including reviewing performance against strategic objectives & tracking of the progress plan
  • developing a strong understanding of our performance across all of the activities
  • tracking & reporting of the KPIs, optimising KPI dashboards
  • synthesizing performance trends & identifying and highlighting opportunities for performance improvement
  • optimizing Scoro’s reporting structure & repeatable process
  • setting up analytics tools where applicable in HubSpot & and Scoro’s CRM to support management decision-making & performance tracking
  • overseeing data management & quality
  • building a performance-focused culture through working in collaboration with teams & management to ensure that the right KPIs are tracked & targets have been set
  • additional ad hoc requests within the team & management

You might be our newest Scorer if you have:

  • strong verbal, typing/writing and technical skills, as well as the ability to learn multiple systems in a fast-paced environment

  • the ability to thoroughly analyze and research information
  • excellent command of written and spoken English
  • exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • a strong team player attitude, but also the ability to work independently
  • the ability to communicate across teams in a constantly growing company
