Business Development Representative (Americas)

We are looking for a highly energetic and passionate Business Development Representative to join Scoro’s sales team in Denver and play a critical role in expanding our presence in the market. The person will be focusing on the Americas region.

As a BDR, you will be responsible for prospecting, following up, and passing on qualified leads to our Account Executives, who will convert them into new customers. The person will report directly to our Head of Global Business Development and closely cooperate with Account Executives and the marketing team.

To be successful in this role, you should ideally have knowledge of lead generation and demonstrated experience in reaching goals and hitting key deliverables. You are extremely organised, curious, and eager to learn, and you have a positive attitude and fearlessness to hop on the phone with new people daily.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Creating loyal Scoro users through outbound sales activities to help grow and develop our presence internationally;
  • Making a great first impression on our potential customers by providing them with a world-class experience;
  • Building prospect lists for companies and leads that fit our ideal customer profile and buyer personas;
  • Using different outbound channels to contact and engage with leads, including email, cold calls, LinkedIn and video;
  • Pitching Scoro’s main uniqueness and benefits to prospects to convert them to qualified opportunities for Account Executives;
  • Utilizing Social Selling techniques to expand the network and open up new opportunities;
  • Collaborating with teams in the UK, the US, and the Baltics, and Scoro partners across the world.

  • Annual base salary $50 000-$60,000

  • Ability to learn/understand and articulate our solution sets and value propositions;
  • Ability to quickly synthesize and put to use new information;
  • Understanding different business cultures;
  • Interest and curiosity in technical details and software in general;
  • Excellent listening and time management skills, as well as getting things done attitude;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
