Business Development Representative

You will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the market and converting prospects into sales opportunities, being the first line of engagement with future customers and will have an impact on the success of Scoro.

Your responsibilities include:

  • creating loyal Scoro users by outbound sales activities to help grow and develop our presence in the US, Canada and South America
  • developing targeted call lists
  • creating personalized emails to engage targeted accounts
  • utilizing Social Selling techniques to expand the network and open up new opportunities
  • processing unqualified inquiries to prequalified opportunities
  • providing exceptional customer service to inbound inquiries – conducting consultative conversations with clients to understand their needs
  • managing prospect and customer data

We expect you to have:

  • 1+ years of lead generation experience
  • great pitching skills
  • effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships
  • ability to learn/understand and articulate our solution sets and value propositions
  • ability to quickly synthesize and put to use new information
  • interest in technical details and software in general
  • excellent customer service, listening and time management skills
  • excellent command of written and spoken English
