Account Manager
You will be creating long-term, trusting relationships with our customers across the world to improve our clients’ business. If you are well-organized, tech-savvy, detail-orientated and always on the hunt for finding new and better ways to grow and develop new business from existing clients, then this might be the job for you!
Your responsibilities include:
- building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
- negotiating renewals and closing agreements to maximize profits
- developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- developing new business with existing clients and identifying areas of improvement
- forecasting and tracking key account metrics
- collaborating with the sales and customer success teams to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
- assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- optimizing existing processes within the company and actively enhancing all Customer Success initiatives

You might be our newest Scorer if you have:
- 2+ years proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role
- demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- solid experience with CRM software and passion for technology
- experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action
- proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- excellent command of written and spoken English
