Scoro Version Update 13.4

Scoro software has been updated. The current version is 13.4.

Now you can import your bank statement to Scoro with just a few clicks and let Scoro automatically match all payments received with the sales invoices. All the contacts you have in Scoro can now be synchronized with Mailchimp. Scoro admin has a new simpler layout and self-service will allow you to activate new features directly from your site. Among other updates we have improved budgeting, real estate features, sales pipeline and bonus calculator.

Bank Statement Import and Accounts

  • You can import your bank statement to Scoro with just a few clicks. Scoro will automatically match all payments received with the sales invoices, so you don’t have to mark these one by one or annoy your accountant. Now you can assign receipts to different accounts and view income reports filtered by accounts.
  • To use this feature, go to: Import/Export > Receipts.

Email marketing campaigns

      • You can now synchronize all the contacts you have in Scoro with the world’s most popular email marketing platform Mailchimp. Create dynamic mailing lists based on various tags and characteristics, such as loyalty card owners, clients from a specific industry or country, and send them targeted marketing emails. All the important information about the campaigns sent with MailChimp (open and click rates, unsubscribes and bounces) is viewable in Scoro.

New admin and self service

        • Scoro self-service allows you to add new user accounts and activate extra features directly from your site. Please note that you have to be an administrator of the site to do that.
        • Scoro admin panel has a new simpler layout and structure. The statistics of your site database is shown on the on the front page of the admin panel.

Improved Budgeting

  • You can now create budgets based on quotes and orders.
  • In addition to that, you can create a detailed revenue and expense budget for each project.

  • All budgets can now be composed for any desired period.

Updated Real Estate module

  • You can now use filtering and bookmarks in the Real Estate module. This lets you save all the important lists, such as all renovated 3-bedroom flats that are not located on the ground floor, and view these with a single click.
  • Now you can choose, which fields you wish to see on the stock list, for example administration fee, number of rooms or floors etc.
  • Property view has a new more compact and comprehensive layout. It is also now easier to delete photos and link contacts with properties.

Other important improvements

  • All the tasks linked to an invoice can be displayed on the same invoice PDF.
  • You can use dynamic fields in the standard email body, such as invoice number or the entire quote content.
  • Quotes and orders have been added to the vendor report input list.
  • You can use PHP-code for extra fields, for example to generate reference numbers.
  • It is easier to manage and change bookmarks.
  • You can use quotes as an input for bonus calculator.
  • “Summary” grouping option has been added to the work report.
  • API functionality has been improved for rental warehouse and extra fields.
  • Sales invoices can now be based on purchase invoices.
  • Rental orders also have accounting objects now.
  • The sales pipeline has additional options for filtering and customization.
